Na plech Reloaded

solo exhibition, Café Nová Doba, Prague, 2021
curator: Eliška Perglerová

This exhibition presents images sewn from metal bottle caps and other found metal fragments. Its motifs move from the everyday to forms drawn from nature, culminating in semi-religious and icon-like figures. Spirit appears here not only as a drink, but also as a force, a residue, and a form of presence. The exhibition was conceived site-specifically for a place where drink passes through the throat and water mixes with spirit. Some of the exhibited works were also used during the making of Personal Life of a Hole.
